Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the contraction tracker mobile application (the “App”) operated by private entrepreneur Maksym Varnalii (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

1. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and payments

The App may provide certain premium features on a subscription basis. All subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively through the app distribution platform through which you obtained the App (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not process or store payment information directly.
• All payment-related matters, including disputes, must be resolved with the relevant platform.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by the platform’s policies or applicable law.

3. License and restrictions

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers;
